PC-01-Terms & Conditions-Type 5 Scheme
This PC-01 provides terms and conditions governing product certification scheme for ANQAS Certification Sdn. Bhd.
This PC-01 is in conformity with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17065: 2012 that requires a Certification Body to provide information to any prospective client and also to foster public confidence in ANQAS Certification services. This PC-01 emphasizes the commitment of ANQAS Certification on the requirement for provision and maintenance of impartiality and confidentiality in delivering the certification services.
PC-02-Certification Requirements
This PC-02, as part of requirement in PC-01, provides certification requirements governing product certification scheme for ANQAS Certification Sdn. Bhd.
This PC-02, shall be the basis and reference for ANQAS Certification assessment and certification decision.
PC-03-Marks of Conformity
This PC-03, as part of requirement in PC-01, provides marks of conformity governing product certification scheme for ANQAS Certification Sdn. Bhd.
This PC-03 shall be the guide on the marking of certified product under Product Certification Scheme (PC) operated by ANQAS Certification.
PC-04-Impartiality Review Panel (IRP)
This PC-04, as part of requirement in ISO/IEC 17065: 2012 that requires a Certification Body to have mechanism for safeguarding its impartiality, provides process of Impartiality Review Panel (IRP) governing product certification scheme for ANQAS Certification Sdn. Bhd.
This PC-04 shall be the guide on operation of independent and impartial Impartiality Review Panel (IRP) which function to safe guard impartiality of ANQAS Certification and its operation.
PC-05-Appeal Panel (AP)
This PC-05, as part of requirement in PC-04, provides process of Appeal Panel (AP) governing product certification scheme for ANQAS certification.
This PC-05 shall be the guide for the establishment, roles, and process of independent and impartial Appeal Panel (AP) to safe guard impartiality of ANQAS Certification and its operation in handling appeal.
